hmm...

what will make them acknowledge what actually happened if pure historic document cannot... i somehow think if this matter is brought to international court like what happened to many nazis after the world war II... maybe i'm expecting too much... but at least it's comforting(no pun intended...) to know that there are few japanese people in japan pursuing the truth...

I'm quite puzzled about this. Surely a sincere apology from the Government regarding military involvement, and a statement illustrating how they have moved on from this, instead of arguing over the semantics of the issue, would be a much more beneficial response. Surely we can only move on from these political skeletons by acknowledging them and apologising for this hideous time.
